Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Optimiseres AmzMCP ("the service"), provided by Optimiseres. By creating an account, connecting an Amazon account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it. A separate written agreement with Optimiseres, where one exists, takes precedence.
1. The service
The service connects Amazon accounts you authorise to AI tools through the Model Context Protocol, and provides reports, budget schedules and automations. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Accounts and access
- Access is approved by an Optimiseres administrator and limited to the clients and marketplaces you are granted.
- Keep your password and any API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
- Use two-step verification where available. We may suspend access that appears to be compromised.
3. Amazon authorisation
- You may only connect Amazon accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You can revoke our access at any time in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console.
- Your use of Amazon services remains subject to Amazon's own terms and policies.
4. Changes to live accounts
The service can change campaigns, bids, budgets and statuses only where the account is authorised and your access includes making changes. Changes can be staged for review before they are applied, and every change is logged. You remain responsible for decisions made on your accounts, including approvals you give.
5. Acceptable use
- No attempts to access accounts, clients or data you have not been granted.
- No reverse engineering, overloading or disrupting the service, or getting around rate limits.
- No use that breaks the law or Amazon's policies, including misuse of Amazon customer data.
6. Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your agreement or order with Optimiseres.
7. Data and privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information. You keep ownership of your data; you give us permission to process it to provide the service.
8. Availability and warranty
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Amazon data and APIs are outside our control and can be delayed or unavailable. Reports and AI answers support your decisions; they do not replace them.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Optimiseres is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending the service
You may stop using the service and revoke Amazon access at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. On request we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date and notify account holders of significant changes.
